Swinging your weapon, you feel the Brown Ranger Leather Shoulders protecting your shoulders as you rush into the fray of battle. They are great additions to any medieval or fantasy armoured outfit. Made from top-grain 5-6-ounce leather, this medieval shoulder armour comes as a pair of shoulder pieces and a harness.

The brown harness consists of a pair of panels with a connecting braid of leather that slides through loops in the panels. This design allows you to adjust the fit of the armour to your shoulders.

Included cord ties secure the panels and the cord to another piece of armour like the Ranger Leather Torso Armour (MCI-3967). Specifically, the harness wraps along the neckline of the cuirass. As depicted above, there are holes on the cuirass that the laces of the harness attach to. The different sets of holes allow for adjusting the fit. In addition, there are brass-tipped ties for attaching the panels to the shoulder pauldrons.

Next, each brown leather pauldron has a design consisting of multiple panels of leather layered on top of each other. Stitching secures the pauldron layers together. A central section of woven leather strips adorns each pauldron, adding a rugged and interesting detail. It is widest in the middle and gets narrower towards the sides.

Besides rangers, there are many different characters that you can create with this fantasy shoulder armour. Elves, mercenaries, and many others look perfect wearing these pauldrons. Wear this ranger armour to your next Renaissance faire or LARP event.

Care Instructions:

• Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
