Also, the greaves have a polyester padding. Next, they secure to the wearers legs by ties that wrap around the greaves and the legs. These ties help to adjust the fit. Stitching attaches the ties to the greaves near the ankle. In addition, vertical quilting on the greaves helps to keep the padding in place while you move. Great on their own, these padded armour pieces also work great underneath steel armour, sold separately. Add the Farald Padded Greaves to your LARP or reenactment ensemble.
