These Dakon steel pieces, sold as two tassets and a belt, are designed as thigh armour for your kit. Forged from 18 gauge mild steel, these Mytholon tassets are capable of standing up to intense LARP combat. Please note these leg protection pieces come coated in a layer of oil to protect them from rust. Each tasset is forged as three angular pieces connected together with leather straps. The plates have a concave middle with angles on either side, overlapping on top of one another. The middle plate is burnished and anchored to the design with rivets.

At the top, each tasset has belt loops for easily sliding onto the included brown leather belt. These belt loops allow you to slide the tassets throughout the belt to adjust and you can slide them off entirely based on your preference. This brown leather belt has a square frame. At the back, the leather straps riveted to the plates allow for a degree of articulation. Prepunched holes at the end of the leather belt allow for an adjustable fit.

Occasional oiling is necessary for the proper maintenance of this armour. When storing this armour, protect it from oxidation by coating it with machine oil.
