Do you sell to the public?

No we do not. We are a distributor and only sell wholesale to businesses.


How do I set up a wholesale account?

Do you drop ship?

Yes we do! We offer two different types of accounts: wholesale and drop shipping. Please download the Wholesale Terms & Conditions form to find out more.


Do you have a paper catalog?

Yes we do. In addition to our online catalog, we also have a full color catalog. You get a catalog with price sheet upon opening a wholesale or drop ship account.


I can only see the MSRP online, how do I see the wholesale prices?

You have to apply for a account with us, after that is approved and set up (ususally the same or next business day) you will be given log in information that shows the wholesale price.


When am I charged?

Wholesale orders are only charged for goods that ship. Any backordered items will be charged for when they ship. You will be charged the actual amount of shipping for each shipment at the time of shipping.


Where are you located?

We are located in Princeton, IN and that is where we ship from.


How do I know if a certain item is in stock?

Right now, we do not show inventory on our website. You can call or email us with the item number(s) to check availability before ordering.


How do I check my order status?

All wholesale orders will receive their order status the same or next business day telling of any items that were out of stock and the estimated delivery time for them.


When will my order ship?

All in stock items on your order will ship the same or next business day.


How do you ship?

We ship via UPS. All of our packages are shipped insured to protect against loss or damage. Larger shipments will be sent by freight.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
